A Gathering
of Blessings

You know, I always wondered the purpose
of praying & giving our love to the man
who gave us salvation with the body armor
he was blessed in.
We have this saying that represents
Just imagine if this day never existed...

the strength & guidance of an individual,
but sometimes we don't understand what made this
become a spectacular day in the timeframe of us human beings.
I must say that this day has been abused
from the glory of its spirit, not cherished to its truepotential.
Sometimes we are blinded by the sorrow
we encountered during the approach of this special holiday wecall…. Thanksgiving.
The name pretty much gives you a basic idea
& most traditions are usually expressed on the news
as just a plain old holiday.
Guess wrong because an ideal event
shaped this realm we call paradise of the 21st century.
The creatures before us have sacrificed peace &compassion
to give us the privilege to recreate the supper
they had with their fellow friends & family relatives.

How was this even able to be established?
God's love!
Yes... Sometimes we don't believe or think
that he brings us together as one union…. But he does.
In his eyes, we are all one family.
Every race, religion, species, man, women & child.
Don't be fooled by the media saying it's about the food &the turkey ….
No... Recognize that the main reason for this day
is to reunite with our family members & friends
& share a meal with the man who created this ceremony.
I see more than just a dinner because this day has so manydiversities,
that we should all sit at the table of brother &sisterhood.

We should become one like our ancestors didwhen they was in our same position.
Sometimes I feel that we don't appreciate
the value of this Gathering.

what would society be like?
Honestly I think we probably wouldn't take the time
to share our love & experiences until the next annualfamily reunion.

Not a successful way
But look …
God has made it possible for us to be together
once a year to celebrate the inspirations that gets usthrough
each struggling day with a smile on our hearts.
We can have these days everyday
but God has put daily tasks for us to accomplish
every second of our lifecycle…..
Working, taking care of our kids, paying bills,relationships… Responsibility.
This is something God wanted …
One day where we can be with him & celebrate a supper
with a man that loves all of us & has created anenvironment
where we can breathe & enjoy prosperity with ourgeneration.
We only get this once a year
so make sure you enjoy this day that makes Jesus smile
when He sees His family members of all races get together
& share a meal of many gifts & dreams.

who cares about your life,
is the man you should devote your life too because overall,
if it wasn't for hiscourage & dedication,
we wouldn't be breathing & walking on a planet that hewas first on.
